Do not get them!!! They will refuse to transfer your prescription once you leave. They are INSANE. Better to just go with your local company.

Never got one single transaction right. Not one! I would rather pay more at CVS than deal with them. It's almost like they are trying to be horrible.

Expresscripts has recently refused to give me my prescriptions unless I give them a credit card to keep on file... I refuse to do that. I always pay my bills, and if they would send me my meds and bill me, I would promptly pay them. They refuse... to keep this short, Expresscripts is holding my prescriptions hostage, and I refuse to give in to them... I can get my meds cheaper at my local cvs, and not be inconvenienced, but I must first get my prescriptions rewritten to my local pharmacy. Absolutely NO customer service with expresscripts. Bad company!!

So looking forward to dumping these folks come December 2021! Nothing but headaches since we switched to them. Folks 65 and over please, please do more research than we did before we made the grave error of going with this company. The difference in a cat and a lie....a cat has nine lives. These folks can continue to lie to retirees as long as they stay in business. Someone should shut these folks down. It's not nice to lie to senior citizens who deserve better treatment than what we are getting from these folks.

Every single time I’ve tried to use express scripts they’ve failed in one way or another. Currently, they’ve sat on my prescription for 5 days for some unknown reason for a prescription I’m about to run out of. This is a medication which should not be stopped abruptly due to withdraw effects. I can drive 2 miles to a number of pharmacies and get a script filled in just a few minutes, but for some reason it takes weeks with express scripts. Do not trust your health to this company.

This lousy company made 6 changes to my checking account. I have NEVER use this poor of excuse pharmacy in my life. Thank God that my bank stopped these gangsters on time and frozen my debit card. NEVER NEVER USE THIS LOUSY PHARMACY Y'ALL.

This is the absolutely worst company to use for your meds and based on all the many negative reviews they receive, they should be closed down. They seldom ship on time and have lost prescriptions.

This Express Scripts sucks. The hospital doctors are in with this money hungry company. I said i told doctor I want my meds through my pharmacy at CVS. They ignored me and sent it through Express Scripts. This company will give you the run around and not resolve the matter. They are overcharging me for meds I didn't authorize. I can't afford theses prices for a 90 -day supply.
