I had a good experience using Exporters Worlds. The platform helped increase our business visibility and made it easier to connect with international buyers. The team was professional, responsive, and always ready to assist whenever we needed support. I also liked that they offer website development, digital marketing, and other IT services along with their B2B marketplace. Everything was handled in a smooth and organized way. While there is always room for improvement, the overall service has been reliable and worthwhile. I would recommend Exporters Worlds to businesses looking to grow in global markets.

Thank You for Your Valuable Feedback!
Exports Worlds is a pure scam i repeat Exports Worlds is total scam check my spellings because i know they will come saying my review is for a different company because of the spellings but check the spellings they are fake they'll promise you buyers or suppliers but when you pay for subscription fee of $1999, they will connect you with a fake buyer who works with them so the buyer will start communicating with you and make it look s real but when it's time to close a deal the buyer would demand a Trade Assurances certificate. And would refer you back to Exports Worlds to get that certificate. They will charge you $3700 or more just for the certificate. they are scam don't fall for them. They promised me a website and 20 buyers in a month but never fulfilled their promises. All they did was connect you with a fake buyer who works with them.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we are sincerely sorry to hear that your experience with Exporters Worlds did not meet your expectations, we deeply value every piece of feedback—both positive and critical—as it helps us continuously improve and better serve our clients. We understand that you had a disappointing interaction, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience or frustration you may have encountered. At Exporters Worlds, our goal has always been to empower businesses with reliable B2B trade solutions, authentic leads, and dependable client service. When we fall short of those standards, we take such matters very seriously. We would like to respectfully offer some clarification, as it appears there may have been a misunderstanding or a misalignment in expectations. First and foremost, every client engagement is governed by clearly outlined deliverables, timelines, and terms, which are mutually agreed upon at the time of onboarding. We make a dedicated effort to ensure transparency throughout the entire process—from service presentation and pricing to delivery and post-sale support. If there was any miscommunication from our end or if any of our representatives failed to assist you adequately, we wholeheartedly apologize. This is not the experience we strive to provide. We understand how important trust is in the B2B ecosystem, and we do not take your dissatisfaction lightly. That said, we would also like to emphasize that we are a technology-driven B2B trade platform, and the performance of lead generation and outreach campaigns can depend on various dynamic factors, including market demand, seasonality, buyer behavior, and product niche. Our team continuously monitors and optimizes these processes to ensure we are delivering maximum value. We also want to reiterate that your success matters to us. We have worked hard over the years to establish Exporters Worlds as a trusted B2B marketplace with thousands of verified suppliers and buyers from across the globe. We take pride in building long-term relationships and being a growth partner to MSMEs, exporters, manufacturers, and distributors. If there were delays, unmet expectations, or a lack of communication, we assure you it was never intentional. We welcome the opportunity to thoroughly review your case, understand exactly where the disconnect occurred, and do everything in our power to rectify the situation. We would sincerely appreciate it if you could reach out to our Client Success Team directly at [email protected]. Your insights can help us enhance our processes and ensure no other client faces a similar experience. Furthermore, if you are open to it, we would be happy to assign you a dedicated account manager to re-evaluate your campaign and work toward a mutually satisfactory resolution. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Every piece of feedback—especially when it challenges us—is a stepping stone toward building a stronger, more responsive Exporters Worlds. We remain committed to serving you with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Warm regards, The Exporters Worlds Team www.exportersworlds.com [email protected]

The overall user experience on Exporters World is poor. The site is slow, and I encountered multiple bugs while trying to use it. I won’t be returning.
