Hi Juan, Thank you for your feedback! We’re really glad to hear that everything was exactly as described. We appreciate your support! Team Explodely
Finally got a refund today after a week of continuous chasing and getting emails saying my grievance was closed. Can see why they have such a poor Trust Pilot score.

Hey Dave, We want to clarify that Explodely and the Seller you purchased from are two separate entities. I’ve reviewed your ticket and can see that our Support team did take the appropriate steps to ensure the seller addressed your request, which would have led to a refund of your purchase directly with them. We want to ensure that we are a legit company and take all complaints very seriously. We also honour our 60-day money-back guarantee and have already refunded your purchase. Team Explodely
honestly i was a bit nervous using this site at first because i didn't recognize the name explodely on the checkout page for a cooking course i bought. but i used my credit card and everything went through fine. the only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the confirmation email ended up in my promotions folder so i thought i didnt get it for a second lol. but once i found it the download worked great. pretty straightforward and didnt have any issues with the payment.

Hi Dobry, Thank you for sharing your experience! We completely understand how it can feel a bit uncertain at first when you don’t recognize the checkout name, so we’re glad to hear everything went through smoothly and worked as expected. Great to know the download process was seamless and you had no issues with the payment. Thanks again for your support and thoughtful feedback! Team Explodely
So far they are not doing so well as far as I'm concerned, I am wishing I would have looked them up before now. Of course I didn't and I watched their video earlier today and made a few purchases, and got to the website and it was too much I had to do before I could actually make any money. So, I felt that it wasn't something that was going to work for me...it might work for someone else, but, I'm not planning on using it and it's a 60 day money back guarantee and I'm a few minutes after the purchase, well within my 60 days...so I requested a REFUND...for some reason that's a problem for the seller, Explodely, not giving me a REFUND....I requested it earlier today around 1:32pm...yet it's been dragged out all day, I contacted support on the webpage, then I needed to get in touch with seller directly, then I needed to verify my email...which I didn't need to do when you took my money, then I'm told it's resolved - but I see no information showing it's cancelled, nor do I see a REFUND....I call several times and I stay on hold for at least a hour each time with music playing, NO one answers, then the line disconnects.... Then I have to start the process all over again...yet support will contact me about making sure I have access to the website, but says nothing about my refund...like I haven't even requested one...I have 4 open tickets...what's the hold-up I don't know...it's crazy....Why they have a customer service number I don't know, because I called at least six times and just got music, long hold and disconnected. It's ridiculous. I've learned my lesson, no more ordering things like this online....I'm going to do everything I can to get my Money back...It's not alot. but it's mine...so I'll call around to a friend and seek legal advise and check with my bank and find out some other options to take to deal with online companies like this.

Hey Charlotte, I’ve reviewed the ticket you opened with us and can see that our Support team did take the appropriate steps to ensure the seller addressed your request, which would have led to a refund of your purchase directly with them. However, to help speed up the process we escalated this internally. As a result, we’ve now processed a refund for your orders. We’d also like to clarify that Explodely and the seller operate as separate entities. While we initially connect buyers with sellers to help resolve concerns directly, we always step in when needed to ensure our customers are supported and that our 60-day money-back guarantee is honored. Hi Sire, We’d like to clarify that Explodely and the seller you purchased from operate as separate entities. We understand that it may have felt more technical than expected. Sometimes, a product may not match expectations or may feel beyond a user’s comfort level, and in such cases, we’re here to help. As we can see in our system, your request has already been processed by our support team. If you have any further questions here, please feel free to contact our consulting team again at any time. My card decline but my time wasn’t up and they change the price that’s crazy
By Larry V.
Response from explodely.com· Mar 30, 2026
Hi Larry, We understand your concern and would like to clarify that as a platform, we do not set the prices. All pricing is determined entirely by the individual sellers, and we are required to reflect the price set by them on the marketplace. If you’d like, you can reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to check if any discounted pricing is available—however, this is subject to the seller’s settings and not something we directly control. We also responded to your request on our helpdesk and did our best to assist you. Given this, we feel the 1-star rating may not fully reflect the support provided, and we’d truly appreciate it if you would consider updating your rating. Thank you for your understanding. Team Explodely
