I made a purchase on July26 and was told I would not have to watch anything or setup anything when I realized that was the case about 10 minutes I requested a refund which I was assured would not be a problem went back and fourth with customer service for three days telling me I had to try the product and this and that I said no I just want a refund owner was supposed to be contacted said I could have refund customer service kept telling me I had to try product I kept all communication and demanded a refund which I finally got three days later still have a the communication with customer service

I've been taken by this service for several years with no refunds followed through. I've lost hundreds of dollars through this app. I believe this app should be marked as a scam across all platforms

Yesterday I left a review for Explodely.com. I have made 5 purchases in the last 20 days. NONE OF THEM came thru with what was promised and what I ordered. I have been going back and forth for several days and several emails. After yesterdays review ... Today I have a refund for ONE of the orders. I emailed them again today requesting refund on the other 4 orders. I will review them again after I have received the other 4 orders. Thank you for this platform Donna Cory
