Dear Lovly We are sorry to hear that you did not experience the results you were hoping for. Yes, this is the strongest whitening gel available so basically there is nothing better on the market to provide excellent teeth whitening results. The only question we have is are you trying to whiten beyond your tooth’s natural base color? People are born with one of 3 teeth color bases White, yellow or gray and once whitening with Expertwhite Gel for 5-7 days in succession - you will be at your tooth’s natural base color. After removing the extrinsic stains (External stains) for tea, coffee etc. The only other reason is that a tooth would not respond to our gel is that you may have been exposed to tetracycline or hyper-fluorination as a child and that could also affect your base color. However, we appreciate you trying our product. You are welcome to return it for a full refund. However, you must email us directly for an RMA number.
