Dear Mindy We do apologize for your frustration. Unfortunately COVID-19 has caused delays in shipments and some longer than your. We are unable to to submit a claim until after 8 weeks have elapsed. Our website does state the delays that are being experienced with the worldwide pandemic which is beyond our control. We paid extra (over and above what you paid to get the os quickly as p;ossible because we value our customers happiness.
