I cannot communicate this loudly enough. this is a scam. They took advantage of my elderly (desperate) father for thousands of dollars never seen again. Yes they do 'work' but this is not real and will not go anywhere. Ai has made this incredibly easy to look real.

Dan Foster, Arthur Brown and Nathan Reid are the recipients of a Demand Letter for services paid for but not received. I paid $750 to publish my manuscript on 16 September 2025 (today's date is 3 August 2026) and $2499 to create an author website/Hosting/Maintenance. None of these services have occurred. I have also filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company (which I know other card companies do not deal with EBP as well). I should have paid more attention to the real reviews. Be warned!

I had a terrible experience. $750 hidden costs to choose genre. I prepaid $1000 for Copyright, and it wasn't done. I pre-paid $800 for book placement and it wasn't done. I've been fighting for refunds for 9 months. They don't return calls. They did not offer any written contract defining the scope of work. Once my book was finally uploaded, I was also offered the opportunity to purchase 200 positive reviews on Amazon for $1000. Because of that, I am very suspicious of any of their positive reviews listed anywhere. I would focus on the negative reviews.

Expert hasn't done anything that I asked. I wanted Facebook ads for my book. They promised ads before the book went live. They produced them but didn't get them to Facebook. The book is live but no one knows because "Expert" either doesn't know how or is to lazy to do it. They have promised phone calls that they don't make and emails they don't send. The only thing they have done when they said they would is take the money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve been dealing with expert book publishers for 2 years now. They have stollen thousands of dollars from me. I paid $500 for 50 copies of my books that I never received. $3500 for a book fair that neither of my books were in. I’ve had constant issues with pages being out of order or problems with the books. They try to force you to put a good review and promise they will fix things. They refuse to give me my money back. I’ve tried to be patient. 2 years. This company is a scam. DO NOT US THEM. 2 books and $15,000 later and it’s been a horrible long experience with so many problems still.

This company is a waist of your time. Id go as far to say, they're fraud's. Save your money time and hassle and learn how to publish your book yourself. To get anything done by this company is like pulling teeth Not only did they not publish my book under the correct pin name. They put my full legal name on the cover, published it under that. When asked to correct this mistake (several times) it was never made. I now have a book with my full legal name on the cover. And my pin name, as the author and have no way of taking it off of the internet and correcting it myself. My book was also published with the wrong description, wrong keywords and in the wrong genre. Guaranteeing that my book does not come up on any algorithm for the people looking for such content. I was told that I would have editing done.They simply just put it through grammarly, and you have to make/approve all edits yourself. I was told from start to finish the process.Usually takes a couple weeks.It was six months before my book was published.And again was published incorrectly.

Total incompetence and dishonesty. These are scam artists. They misprinted my book, failed to promote it, failed to distribute it,and never paid me.

This was a total failure of Expert to follow through on the agreement signed in May. One issue was a completion in 3-4 weeks. After 4-5 months, multiple back and forths when things were not changed, and three projects managers later, we gave up. Expert agreed to refund 40% of the initial payment the first week in November. Nothing so far. I would not trust my book publishing to this group. Big promises, very little action
