The whole group of people working on my and my sons taxes the past couple years have gone above and beyond what I expected of them. Very convenient to do online. Usually prompt responses. Last year my tax processing was far slower than usual. Not sure why. I do find the service quite expensive, especially as the Aussie dollar is only 75% of US. May need to look for another provider.

I feel really lucky to have come across this company. My tax situation is not straight forward, but after giving them all the information they required, they were able to complete my tax return and give specific directions every step of the way. They were even helpful when I had questions after my return was completed. The communication was spot on.
