The service and responses to my queries was fast and when I had a cheaper option, I got a call right away with an explanation of the benefits of staying with Woznica and even a material discount. Altogether great. I'll note that in the past I was not so pleased with the turnaround time to get some of my queries answered, or the time it took for my return to be approved. It was clear that there was a bottleneck at Pesach's level at the time. It seems that this has greatly improved and it is felt on the client side!
