Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your frustration regarding the delivery time of your recent order placed on 6/28/2024. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days, and your order was processed promptly on 6/29/2024. The package was scanned into the carrier’s system on 6/30/2024, with an original estimated delivery date of 7/5/2024. It’s important to note that 7/4/2024 was a major holiday, and all major shipping carriers were closed, which can lead to delays as they catch up on the following business day. Upon reviewing the carrier’s tracking information, it appears that your package’s new estimated delivery date is now 7/8/2024. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay. Please understand that once a package leaves our facility, we rely on the shipping carrier to handle transit and the final delivery. We strive to keep our customers informed throughout the process and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information was sent to your provided email address for your convenience. We encourage our customers to monitor their tracking information closely for updates on their delivery status. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to adjust!

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the melted snacks. Shipping during warmer weather can sometimes lead to melting, especially for heat-sensitive items like mango snacks. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive products in this condition. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details so we can assist you further. We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We appreciate your feedback and understanding regarding the pricing of our products, especially considering their uniqueness and the challenges of shipping. We apologize for any disappointment with the Mountain Dew Pitch Black, but we're glad to hear that you enjoyed the Mountain Dew Blue Shock. Regarding the out-of-stock Raspberry Pepsi, we did issue a refund for that item. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your bank's policies. If you haven't received the refund yet, we recommend checking with your bank to ensure it's processed correctly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
