I specifically ordered the Halloween Pocky packs. They were marketed and listed as the special edition Halloween versions. I was sent the regular versions with the plain normal packaging. I would not have ordered the plain ones as they were specifically for a Halloween themed party. I wrote the company asking them to resolve it and was never contacted back.

I was not happy when the KitKat candy bars were shipped in a plain cardboard box via USPS. It was pushing 100° and there was nothing in the box to keep them from melting. It was shipped priority and arrived late... nothing like melted KitKats... Have you considered using Dry Ice?

We would like to clarify that based on our records, no Twix bars were included in your order—perhaps you were referring to the KitKat bars instead. Regardless, we understand how frustrating it can be to receive melted items. Please note that while we do our best to package all products securely, weather conditions during transit—especially extreme heat—are unfortunately beyond our control. We ship orders promptly using priority services, but we recognize that delays can still happen. Your feedback has been noted, and we will continue to explore options to better protect heat-sensitive items during the warmer months.

You ordered three varieties of Latiao, a spicy wheat-based snack that is extremely popular in China and gaining traction here in the U.S. Latiao products are known for their bold flavor and strong aroma, which come from a unique blend of traditional spices. As our name suggests, Exotic Snacks is about introducing customers to snacks that may be unfamiliar or different from what you’re used to. While we understand that not every product will suit every palate, we do take product feedback seriously. That said, we kindly ask you to consider revisiting your review, as Trustpilot is meant to reflect the service experience provided by our team—not necessarily a preference for or against a particular international flavor.
I have been waiting and still have not received my order. It was scheduled to arrive 3 days ago and still no delivery. My daughter was very excited and really awaiting to try it but instead she is very disappointed.

SyOnna, we understand that shipping delays can be frustrating, but it’s important to clarify that this issue was entirely due to USPS transit delays and not something within our control. Your order was placed on 1/26/2025, processed within our standard 2–3 business day timeframe, and shipped out on 1/28/2025. The original estimated delivery date was 2/3/2025, but USPS tracking showed a delay in transit with no updated delivery date available. Despite this being a carrier issue, we actively assisted by checking with USPS, keeping you updated, and explaining that we are not a shipping company—we fulfilled our part by shipping your order on time, but transit delays are solely handled by USPS. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging this, you repeatedly placed blame on our business and refused to accept the information provided. Additionally, you resorted to using offensive language and threatened to leave a negative review, despite our continued efforts to assist you. While we understand your frustration, this review appears to be misdirected, as the delay was caused by USPS and not our service. We believe feedback should be fair and placed on the appropriate party responsible. We encourage you to continue monitoring your tracking details or contact USPS directly for further updates. If there’s anything else within our control that we can assist with, feel free to reach out.
First off I paid for the biggest box you can get and got 9 different things. 2 of which was a small piece of candy. 2 of the bags were seafood flavor when one of the things I asked for was no fish/ seafood related snacks. So the obviously don't care what they put inside. I have reached out to customer support on 3 different occasions for information on how to cancel my subscription and still no response haha, so be prepared to contact your bank and cancel. If I could give zero stars I would. Biggest waste of money. This company is a joke

Ordered from them for 2 specific drinks it’s says was in stock added a couple extra items just because when they go to send me my order the 2 items I wanted they refund me and tell me out of stock and don’t offer to cancel the order or replace
