i ordered both shades and am a blonde haired Australian. both shades make me look like a clown with a painted white face. i cant imagine anyone other than an albino being able to use any of these products

I have sent a email to stop my subscription but they still sending me package and getting pay pay my credit card wish force me to change my number

I have started using my second bottle and I love this product. It is smooth, it isnt greasy or heavy, and it provides the perfect amount of moisture to my skin.

Did not work for me. I used both the face and body and did not see a difference with either. I think this product is just a big hype!

I ordered my eXO Skin Simple through Instagram, which is the only way I can explain it being shipped to a very old address. The new home owners sent it back to the company, but when I emailed customer service they said they were unable to track returned merchandise. They were happy to process another order if I wanted to pay a second time, but to me... that wasn't great customer service. So I never re-ordered. Since I have already gone back and forth with customer service (they suggested I call FedEx, HA), I don't think that another round of communication with them would be fruitful, or a wise use of my time.
