Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still have not received any shipping information. Customer service is non-existent. At this point all I want is a refund but I can’t get in touch with anyone in customer service.

Everything is good. The only thing, it seems to take too long for shipment. Seems a week to 10 days from order date. It's free shipping so not too concerned. Thanks!

I see so many negative reviews, so wanted to share my experience with them, yes they definitely had many shipping and email delays in March which i was sent an email letting me know it was due to severe flooding in CA. Other than that ive really loved all my delta carts, the best brand ive used by far. I have had a couple that clogged up and wouldnt hit but they were very kind and quick to respond to me, the customer service has been great other than through March's flooding.

Customer Support nonexistent. Automated responses and never able to reach person on telephone. Resulted in unwanted order. At this point cc dispute only option since no human can be reached to fix the issue.
