Customer service at exhalewell.com is non-existent. They are not accepting any calls; I left voice mails and emails and was totally ignored every time. I am very disappointed by such unacceptable behavior.

UPDATE ***** Customer service Manager has indeed reached out to me to rectify the situation and went over and above in explaining the situation and restoring my faith in this company and what they have to offer. **** I have always been a satisfied customer of your company until my last subscription order on Feb 28. I am on May 3rd, 2023 still waiting for delivery of that order. Your customer service chat continuously says thank you for your patience, we will inform you when your order is tendered to FED EX. I sent an email, exact same response. We are now into month 3 with no product yet payment was taken from bank account on Feb 28th. I find it odd so many reviews from the last week are talking about the fast shipping, yet I'm being told because of weather, shipping partners are not running all routes and yet Fed Ex I contacted stated that they are indeed picking up from this CA. location. Very upset and disappointed since this has been a trusted company with proven products for me to have this happen and customer service unable to "find" my order. This has made me very wary, but I am still hopeful.

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 51 days since I placed my order, with no product being sent. 3 requests for a refund have been ignored; instead I am told with every email and canned response by phone my order will ship "in a few days". It is well beyond any reasonable time frame to receive an order and at this point I want my money back. Totally fraudulent and unethical treatment by this company - absolutely cannot recommend to anyone and warn prospective buyers to beware!

I stand by my first review. I never received any email from the company as they promised in their response to my review. I’m seeing more reviews where they didn’t even receive the product from this company. I’m very disappointed.
