I have a subscription from Exhale.com due to the quality of the products and reliability of shipping.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - EMAILS GET ROBOT RESPONSE, PHONECALLS UNANSWERED!! NO SHIPMENT RECEIVED, NO REFUND! FOR THREE MONTHS!!

Hard to get in touch with support, sometimes they don't reach back out or take very long to do so, respond at odd hours and spuradically/when most convent for them even if it's unprofessional, but after MANY attempts someine was finally able to help me.

Good product good shipping time. I'll buy again.
