No response from support regarding subscription upgrade
I wanted to upgrade my subscription and become a paying customer on a higher plan, but after sending three separate emails to support, I have received no response at all. A company should not make it difficult for customers who are actively trying to purchase additional services. At this point, I am disappointed with the level of customer support and communication. I would be happy to update this review if Examice contacts me and resolves the issue.
