We are not able to receive any emails from outside our domain. It has been 48 hours and has caused a lot of damage to our business.

Slow and unreliable server. Service gets worse day by day. Be it exabyte.com, .sg, .my etc. Customer support almost non existent now. It was a little better 3 years back. Now, Once you subscribe or renew to their hosting service, you are on your own. They'll help you once but its not fully resolved. You'll then be ignored despite after several emails sent. Comparatively, they are not that cheap either. Cheaper server companies provide better service than this.

don't use exabytes for web hosting, they are a terrible hosting provider. Their servers are the worst and not up to standard. Their tech supports is no help at all

don't trust this site is thieves after register my domain he stole and domain now is not available and he send me message told me your domain order has been rejected as it it did not full-fill our criteria. what a scam site pls beware don't trust him

Bunch of time wasting amateurs. Don't bother with these inexperienced incompetent staff (KRESNADI). All I wanted is to ask my domain EPP code ( obviously they have access to WHMcS ) and their support system basically can't help you with anything. Force me to pay unreasonable amount for just for asking EPP code. This is my first company when I'm beginning to build my first website and I didn't know much about hosting company back then. But now, since I got my own instance on AWS and Google Cloud. I realize how terrible this company is. Holding your domain and ransoming it with price 30x times from the initial price. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH! IT'S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! If you doubt me, check the other reviews below. I bet that they are fake or spam account.
