We hear you, and we take your feedback to heart. We realized quickly that this specific tool did not align with our mission to empower professionals, and it was a mistake to move forward with it. Therefore, we listened to the outcry and have permanently removed the AI Headshot Generator. Please know that we do not use your photos to train our AI. Our models are built strictly on licensed datasets. We hope to earn back your trust by refocusing 100% on the retouching tools that support your business. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feelings with us. We realized that exploring AI Headshot tool contradicted our core mission: to be a partner to photographers, not a competitor. We are not 'selling out'—we are doubling down on the professional community by refocusing 100% on the retouching tools that give you your time back without replacing your artistry. That is why we have permanently removed the AI Headshot Generator. Also, please rest assured, we do not, and will not, use your photos to train our AI. Your work is yours alone. Our models are developed using strictly licensed, commercially purchased datasets. We are a tool for post-production—designed to give you your time back, not to replace the irreplaceable connection between a photographer and their subject. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.

You are right—the way we handled this was not cool. We realize that by launching a tool that felt like it competed with our own users, we acted in a way that didn't live up to the standard our community deserves. We want to be definitive on the "data" concern: We have not, and will never, use your photos to train our AI. There was no "using" of your intellectual property; our models are built strictly on licensed, commercially purchased datasets. Your work has always been, and will always be, your own. We’ve taken your feedback to heart and have permanently removed the AI Headshot Generator. Our goal is to handle the heavy lifting of post-production to give you your time back, not to take your place. We know we have to prove that to you now through our actions. Thank you for being honest with us. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.

We hear you, and we understand your frustration. We realize that by exploring an AI Headshot tool, we crossed a line into territory that feels like a threat to your profession rather than a support for it. To be definitive: We do not use your photos to train our AI, nor have we used your work to 'design' a replacement for your craft. Our models are built strictly on licensed, commercially purchased datasets. We have permanently removed the headshot feature because we recognize that our mission must remain focused on empowering your artistry, not undermining it. We want to earn back the trust you place in us with your photos and your money. Evoto is designed to handle the heavy lifting of post-production to give you your time back—not to take your place behind the lens. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.

We appreciate th honesty in this feedback. You’ve highlighted the exact reason why we realized we made a massive mistake: we cannot be an integral part of your professional workflow while simultaneously offering a tool that feels like it’s designed to replace you. To address your concerns directly: The Rebranding Rumor: We want to be definitive—we are not 'hiding' or rebranding this tool to release it under a different name. We have permanently removed the AI Headshot Generator from our roadmap because we recognized that it fundamentally contradicts our mission to support professional photographers. Ethics & Data: We hear your concern about 'paying to build a competitor.' We want to reassure you that we do not use your photos or your clients’ photos to train our AI. Our models are built strictly on licensed, commercially purchased datasets. Your subscription fees go toward improving the retouching tools you rely on, not toward training an engine on your own work. Our Commitment: We are at Imaging USA this week to take full accountability. We aren't trying to 'get money from both sides'—we want to be the best possible partner for the professional creator. We know that trust is easy to break and hard to rebuild. We’ve removed the feature as a first step, and we’re committed to proving through our actions that we are here to save you time, not take your place. Thank you for holding us to this standard. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.

Thank you for taking the time and effort, we truly apreciate your cadid feedback. Those statements do not reflect correctly the partner we want to be to professional photographers, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We want to be definitive: We have permanently removed the AI Headshot Generator and pulled all associated marketing. We realized that by positioning a tool against "traditional studios", we were undermining the very professionals who built Evoto. We are refocusing 100% on our core mission: Human-Driven Artistry is Irreplaceable: We’ve learned that the "pro quality" we touted in those ads can never replace the soul and connection that only a human photographer can capture. Data Integrity: We want to reiterate that we do not use your photos to train our AI. Our models were built using only commercially licensed datasets. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.

We hear you, and we take this feedback very seriously. You are right to point out that a tool designed for "consumers" is in direct conflict with our mission to support photographers. We realize that by exploring it, we acted as a competitor rather than the partner we promised to be. This was a mistake, and we have permanently removed the AI Headshot Generator from our platform. We are not a consumer image company; we are a professional photography tool. We want to be definitive on the "Data" concern: Evoto does not use your photos or your clients’ photos to train our AI. Our models are built strictly on licensed, commercially purchased datasets. We are refocusing 100% of our energy on the professional retouching and workflow tools—like our new Desktop and Mobile updates—that help you reclaim your time behind the lens. While we have your attention, it would mean the world to us if you have other complaints or feedback for us, every word from each and every one of our customers are most valuable, and we would love to know what else we can do better. Thanks again for taking the time to talk to us.
