Since the year 2000, we’ve enjoyed the opportunity to help thousands of Americans achieve the dream of homeownership and financial peace of mind through our fast and simple loan process. We chose to go into business to help people by educating them through one of life’s most challenging processes and saving them REAL money. In a day and age where buying or refinancing a home have become increasingly impersonal, we choose to bring a personal touch back to the industry by building a team that prioritizes the client experience. At Evolve Home Loans, we will continue to focus on helping others with our core values in all that we do, it’s what got us AND keeps us passionate about the mortgage business.

The process with Mike Wallace and AZ Home loans was easy. The experience felt honest and sincere. All the steps were explained and understandable. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We are so happy to hear this, Monica! Thank you for the kind review. We look forward to working together again in the future!
I have worked with Mike and his team on two home purchases and a refinance, and it was such an easy and pleasant experience each time. The first purchase was the most nerve-recking for my husband and I as we were first-time home buyers; but Mike helped us every step of the way. He gave us such peace of mind with his prompt responses to our emails and phone calls even if it was late in the evening to answer any questions we had. Our second home purchase, he managed to close in less than 30 days. It was the easiest experience thus far. We are so pleased and forever grateful to Mike and his team for their service and helping us get our forever home. We couldn't be happier with them.

The best mortgage loan group in Arizona! Easy process from beginning to end. Great customer service. Lowest fees I’ve ever had to pay. I even received a hand written Christmas card in the mail. I’ll definitely use them again on my refinance or next home.

AZ Home loans has been there for me throughout my whole home buying process. I had many questions since this was my first home and I always felt comfortable asking. They were able to walk me through each step and explain it in a way that I was able to understand. Even a year after buying my condo if I had any questions I would not hesitate to call and ask.
