it took almost a month to get here in the smells smell nothing like as they're described. They actually stink, unfortunately.

This order took almost a month and I m still awaiting on 3 more items. No one updated me on my orders, I had to keep calling. Never again

I typically purchased my EOS products from target or Amazon. I only purchased directly from the website because it was the only place to get the holiday trio. However, the website was a complete scam, they allow you to order and then they hold your money in your order for four weeks. I will never order from this website again. Also a customer service was completely useless Automated AI canned language and refused to answer any of my questions for the last four weeks. Just go purchase it in person. Good product, horrible customer service.

y'all were the worst I ordered my package and had to go off under an Instagram post in order it to ship. I ordered it on the third or the fifth or the eighth and didn't get it until the 23rd and it's still out for delivery and every time I text or emailed it just kept saying some automated message I won't order again

It took 19 days to get my package!!! That is the slowest shipping I have ever experienced!!! I would never order directly from eos again!

It had more of a grandma floral scent and not cotton candy

I need to return the items and there’s no easy process. I used the contact email 2 days ago and no response.

Very disappointing ordering experience. I placed my order on October 3rd, but it was not delivered until October 17th — a full 14 days later. The wait was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I purchased these products for my small business and was depending on them arriving in a timely manner. I expected a smoother and more reliable experience from eos. Unfortunately, the delay has affected my confidence in ordering again, and I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience. I hope improvements are made to the shipping process so other customers do not have the same experience.
