My order was shipped missing an item I got it after requesting it three times you forgot to send it but when you did send it you again charged me for shipping and handling. So I’m out $6+ when it was your fault. Won’t order again

It should not have charged you for the shipping it will be refunded.

Adam, As it was communicated to you through email your order was accidently marked as fulfilled our mistake, you reached out on June 9th which alerted us that order was mistakenly marked fulfilled, your order was processed and was at USPS being shipped to you when you requested a refund on June 13th. I haven't received my order yet from you. I live in the same state and only in Washtenaw county.

Hi Martha! Thank you so much for letting us know! I am so sorry that you haven't gotten your order yet, we have been seeing a lot of strange delays with shipments. I reached out to UPS and they informed me that your package is on track to be delivered tomorrow 8/18! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you (:
Placed my order on June 28. Today is July 9 and still no package. Paid for three day delivery.
