Need to speak the language of the USA ( ENGLISH)
My 91 yr old mom and I have had the worse customer service experience ever. My father passed and all we need to do is transfer ownership to my mother, she is the POA. We faxed everything they said to, including the death certificate. Then they called and said they need the death certificate. I resent by email with receipt and proof of the fax with the documents. So after talking with 3 people that barely speak English , he said that it can’t be emailed. So we finally got confirmation, then they sent a letter stating that my deceased father is the policy holder ( he’s dead) and my mother is the POA. Once again I have to get on the phone with someone I can barely understand, explained the situation for the 10th time, and said they’d call back, but never did. First of all this is the USA and the primary language Is English , that’s who we need to be speaking with so we can understand one another.
