Reordering is so aggravating, I'd rather find something else. Their site is primitive at best. Too bad.

I am rating this company one star due to the non-delivery of my order and the subpar customer service I received. I ordered the Optimax-RX on March 31st. On April 1st, I received an email indicating that my order had been approved and was being sent to their partner facility for fulfillment. I should expect my order in 7 business days. I have engaged in a series of 14 text messages with the company, commencing on Saturday, April 5th. In several emails, I have expressed my absence from town and the need for the product to be delivered by Wednesday, April 9, 2025. I have repeatedly requested specific details about my order, but I have consistently received generic responses. Today, Monday, April 7, 2025, after reiterating my request via email, I finally received a straight answer that i will not be receiving the supplement prior to leaving on April 9, 2025. However, the email did not provide any further information regarding the status of my order or an offer to expedite its delivery. Notably, I have not received a single phone call from this company, despite my repeated inquiries and expressed concern. I have asked for a refund and to place a stop on my subscription. Hopefully this will happen.

I have emailed back and forth 5 times to reorder, they tell me they are checking and will get back to me, and never do. Customer service is TERRIBLE, the product is good.I have been trying to communicate for a month now, so frustrating.

This company advertises that you can try their product for free and you will be charged at a renewal time. Well is not true, my card has a hold for $239.00 dollars instantly. Now they won't let me comment on Facebook. If they don't release my money or refund I will let the attorney general know about it. The invoice said $ 0.00 dollars today. It's a scam.

I was on their website wanting to order but did not authorize as I wanted to read more about it. They asked me to upload my license , I didnt place the order or authorize the payment and they charged me $239.99. I never processed my order. On the phone with my bank now then will report this company. Sent multiple emails within 30 seconds of them charging my card, no response!!! Do not order from them!!!

Placed an order for an insomnia medication on 1/30/2025. The website noted shipping within 5-7 days. When I followed up, I was given a generic response that order volume was high and shipping would take a little longer. However, they could never give an estimated shipping date. On Friday, 2/14/2025 I attempted to login to the website only to discover that it would not accept my login/password and it kept returning me to the home page. I located a prior customer service response and requested an update on the prescription status; however, still no response from the company. I paid $419.99 for the medication and was told, like another person, some of the compounded medication needed to be changed because of a potential drug interaction. I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company and have filed a complaint with the BBB and AMA. I cannot recommend this company for telehealth services as it seems to be a money grab scam.

This is a terrible company. It's a scam. They advertise medications and then when you go to purchase the medication they switch it out with a vitamin and say that the medication you ordered is unsafe for you and then charge you the same amount when you try and get a hold of a doctor or customer service. Good luck! The doctor will not respond to your messages and customer repeatedly sent out the same message saying that you get 20% off on your next order and never reply to your question. I don't even think they read them. They just send out the same message. This is a scam
