They have told me that the product has shipped but FedEx says that they still haven’t received the product. It’s been 3 days since the product allegedly shipped per the seller. Unlikely it’s going to make it by Christmas. Would not order again.

the sofa looks nice online but in person it feels cheap and uncomfortable

I unfortunately bought a full bedding set and pyjamas including pillows and duvet insert and cover. What you receive is NOT what you see on their website. Which is, I have to say, a gorgeous webpage. This of course helps to suck you in. The product I received was not the same colour. The edges were sews unevenly and were coming undone. I also had to wait months for the second half of my order. The Pyjamas could have been brought home by a highshool home Economics class the quality was that bad. Oh and even though they were so poorly made, they don’t accept refunds on pyjamas no matter what. They are VERY expensive and you don’t get what you think you are ordering. Please save yourself the heart ache and order from someone else. I could keep going but I think you get my point. Customer service is frustratingly friendly without helping. I think this company started with great intentions but has turned into another drop shipping scam.

Doesn’t look like picture and the large doesn’t even fit my bed they don’t make sizes for a king bed when emailing they said it’s because I bought the fitted sheet? The duvet doesn’t fit it either. Looks cheap can’t return

Well, first of all the bedding came from china, I'm guessing it's not really handmade the way they claim it to be. Additionally the quality is far from good, you could just get that from your local supermarket. Next, the colour is so different from the pictures, I thought it was sort of petrol and it came out to be blue, which is fine because I like it better but it's literally nothing like the picture. For me it shipped pretty fast, in like 1-2 weeks but overall I am disappointed with the quality and the fake promises they made. For the insane price + shipping I expected so so so much more. Would not recommend
