EverhomeReviews of everhome.io

The pandemic has been very hard on everyone and showing a home means something different today than it did yesterday. Whenever I felt unsure of what I was supposed to do next, he was there for me and helped me understand next steps. I highly recommend this platform and working with Jeff. He’s very responsive and will take good care of you. He helped me save about $20k+ by not going with a typical agent, sold my home for $100K above market, AND closed on time. How do you beat that?!? Thanks, Jeff, for being a rockstar!

Jeff and his Team were great. Will plan on using Everhome again

This is the second time that we've used Everhome. Jeff Atkinson, Heidi Trottno and the staff are top rate. They've provided us with updates and easily explained the process and helped us understand the real estate market. We sold both homes above market value. The first home sold after two weeks and the second one was only listed for two days before we got an offer. I highly recommend going with Everhome!

Amazing we got almost twice the expected price for our house. The Kiernan Family

It can be stressful selling your home. However, our contact Jeff Atkinson and the Everhome team made the whole process very easy and had our home sold in 1 week with multiple offers to consider. I would definitely use and recommend Everhome again, this was a great stress-free experience all round.

The process was very cost effective and Everhome's willingness to expose my home to several regional areas through multiple listing services in at least 4 different regions really made a big difference. The buyer of my home was an individual from a North Bay Community who is able to work from home and wanted to escape outrageous prices in the Bay Area. The representation was extremely professional. I would not hesitate to use Everhome again.

Sold my house myself with ease My agent Jeff always there for me or an associate almost immediately Extreme professionalism from beginning to end and helped me overcome my fears They are the best and you CAN sell your own home with this legal and professional support! I saved almost $10k - house sold for $292 and I paid buyers agent 2.5% Had someone to buy without agent but it fell through.

Great service! I have worked with Jeff and his team on 2 different sales and was happy with both. LOVED the money they saved me on the commission while still providing me with full service. Not only were the closings flawless, Jeff’s negotiation skills enabled me to sell the second home for over listing, by $100,000! Thanks Jeff and team!
