I just want you to know that Maureen Ewart was very helpful and most importantly she was very kind to me while helping me with this transaction!! She treated me with respect even though she was collecting a debt. She’s definitely a keeper!!

Jennifer was very helpful. This is something that I have needed to take care of and she was very kind and helpful.

Joe Schmadel helped me from my first phone call, and made me feel very comfortable with answering many questions I had about my son's outstanding bill. Please know, in my opinion, he is an asset to your company, with a wealth of knowledge. He eased my anxiety, and if I could have hugged him, I would have! Thank you again for everything. ~JoAnne Christensen

Jermaine was kind during the call from start to finish. His demeaor made me want to get this taken care of as quickly as possible. In comparison to another company, who has tried collecting on two medical bills, their rep had a demeaning tone and very disrespectful. I have had a medical ordeal and losing my job that placed me in this predicament. jermaine treated me with humanity and that's all I would expect. I owe the bill and I wanted tot ake care of it, but Jermaine's handling of the call made me want to do it as soon as possible.

Derek was very nice to work with and was very personable and kind when trying to help me get the debt taken care of.

Very good experience. He was very helpful.

Derrick Freeze was really nice to work with.

He was very friendly and managed to find a payment arrangement that works for my budget.
