Thank you for the amazing feedback!
I have requested the deletion of my account several times, but they ignore my cancellation messages. WARNING: Their terms and conditions state that you must pay TWO FULL MONTHS upon cancellation. Additionally, their replenishment solution is ineffective for those using multiple marketplaces with the same SKU. Each marketplace must be checked separately for replenishment data, without a single page that aggregates all the necessary information. Their reimbursement solution covers very few cases compared to competitors.

Team tried to reach out to you several times as the main issue is the way you use the replenishment forecasting. Once we can have an onboarding call you can understand how to use the tool better and we will give you 3 months free access. Please reach out to [email protected]
The software is extremely buggy, I keep finding bugs and reporting them to their developer team for fixes. Their online chat service used to be very responsive, however nowadays they reply after a few days or does not reply at all. I also don't understand why the repricer set prices to minimum immediately when all other competitors have their prices well above minimum prices.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your valuable feedback. We're so sorry to hear that your experience was not ideal! We understand how waiting can be frustrating, especially while running an Amazon business in this competitive environment. In order to provide a clear and smooth process, we adapt our service and communication channels with shortened paths. Our issue ticket system is designed for solving issues directly and in a shorter period. We also have our hotline with a voice message option open 24/7. Eva repricer focuses on maximizing your profits based on your target settings, competition, market demand, sales velocity, expenses, and inventory. We would love to arrange a session with our experts to determine the best strategy to beat your competition. Please feel free to contact our customer success team anytime 24/7 to set a strategy call. +1 (877) 778-2002 Good luck! We hope to make your experience over the moon amazing this time!
I am a new seller and quite overwhelmed. Evaʻs service professionals available and responsive. The chat and personal appointments are very helpful. After learning to set up repricer, I see that the tool is very responsive and effective in moving my products! I am very happy with results thus far and would recommend to fellow resellers.

I have asked multiple times to have my account deleted, after the first time they apologised and said they will do it and I will not receive anything else from them. 3 months later, I still receive marketing emails from them.

Eva is a great software but needs some fixing with the buttons. It's kind of annoying when trying to enter in numbers and I cannot click the box because it is not where the link is.
