Eu AiperReviews of eu.aiper.com

Ordered the Irrisense 2 after watching loads of videos on YouTube (which when I look back, they’re all sponsored, there’s almost no one making videos about it who isn’t on an influencer program). Immediately after getting the unit set up, I realised it was nothing like the photos & images on the site or what I’d seen on videos, there’s almost stream of water is weak and doesn’t spread like their images show, it’s quite a concentrated stream of water that hits the ground hard in one place, especially with areas close to the unit. I requested a full refund on the 10th of June after being told they hope their software updates will improve the spray pattern and offered €20 to keep the machine (I paid £399 for context), which I declined. I was told I would be sent a UPS shipping label in 2 days… long story short I still haven’t received the return label after more than 3 contacts to them and escalating to a supervisor. Still waiting on my refund and postage label… very disappointed as I had high hopes.

Respuesta inmediata. Rapidez en solución de problemas. Producto de gran calidad. Volveré a comprar productos de esta marca.
