SCAMMERS! Please listen to the warnings from others.

Come across this company yesterday selling tickets that were £38.50 or less for £250 and more. Despite the event organisers stating that only one company were doing the sales/resales and they were now sold out, this company still persisted that they were legit. How can a customer service agent go onto the website itself and change the time of the event to the right time, in a matter or seconds when approached about it? If they were legitimate wouldn't they have had the correct time it started on to begin with. The positive reviews are fake, please, please, please listen to those who are trying to warn you. I have reported this company to the relevant places.

Dear Jodie, thank you for raising your concerns. We would like to provide clarity for you and for anyone reading this review. We operate as an independent secondary ticket marketplace (ticket resellers). We are not affiliated with event organisers, venues, or official primary sellers. Our platform enables verified independent sellers to list and resell tickets for events worldwide. As with all secondary marketplaces, ticket prices are determined solely by the individual sellers and may be above or below the original face value depending on market demand. These pricing decisions are not set or influenced by our company. Our booking fees contribute to the secure operation of the platform, customer support, payment processing, and the buyer protection systems we maintain. Every order placed through our website is covered by our money back guarantee. In the event of cancellation or if a seller is unable to fulfil an order, customers are entitled to a full refund. This policy is in place to ensure that buyers are protected at all times. With regard to the Sidemen Charity Match, tickets were legitimately listed for resale by numerous independent sellers, as has been the case in previous years. Sellers need to provide a valid proof of tickets purchase for sidemen charity match to get their tickets listing approved for potential online sale. For your kind information, all of our customers received their sidemen charity match tickets through our platform last year which were resold by our verified professional sellers. You also mentioned an issue with the event time displayed on our website. A display error was identified and corrected immediately once brought to our attention. This correction did not affect the validity of any tickets, and the underlying event information provided to customers remained accurate. We appreciate when users highlight such issues so they can be resolved promptly. We understand the importance of trust when purchasing tickets online. Our company operates transparently, adheres to strict security standards, and provides ongoing support to all customers. Anyone with questions or concerns is welcome to contact our customer service team directly so we can assist them thoroughly and professionally.
