I had a wonderful experience working with Kelly and the Eterneva team. I have had a lot of dogs in my life but Baxter was my princess and the diamond came out beautifully.

This process does require a significant amount of patience. In the beginning we were so pleased by how much they seemed to truly care about us. We were contacted immediately after purchasing our welcome kit. They requested photos and wanted to hear about our pet. We felt very taken care of. After that we went months without an update. This became the new norm. I had also posted on instagram and used “her” and “she” references my female pet and Eterneva replied with “him”. A small detail, but still made me sad that they didn’t get the gender correct despite it being blatantly obvious in the post. However, the end result is absolutely stunning. The diamond is gorgeous. It’s such a beautiful way to keep a loved one with you, and we plan to use Eterneva again with our other pets.

My baby girl in a diamond is amazing - she’s always with me and the unique setting I had created is just perfect. Only reason for a 4 star is that there was a lot of turnover during the early stages and it was hard to get an update in the beginning due to that.
