Nice company, good hosting. I had an issue where my "instant setup" server was not setup after half a day and I had to contact the support, but they quickly fixed the problem. They have also been very helpful in assisting with other questions and problems. Highly recommend.

I liked these guys. Responsive and helpful while having very competitive rates.

Best one till date

They are definitely the best and the cheapest. Server had no issues so far. Had a problem with billing, support solved it in a few minutes. Let's hope it works out for a long time

I have been using Eternal Hosting for several months for Ark cluster servers. In the beginning, it was great, they were very responsive to tickets, answered my questions and walked me through everything. One day both servers went missing. I was unable to access them through the control panel. In the customer section it showed I still have 2 active servers and 2 active invoices, both paid. I tried contacting them 2 weeks ago to get one server shutdown and just keep the one, no response. I tried contacting them to find out what happened to my servers, and again, no response. They are quick to send me invoices and try to get money though. Not sure what happened to the company but if I were you, I would continue searching for a better, more reliable, hosting service. Edit: After speaking with the senior support manager I have decided to give the hosting service another shot. He said they had some issues with the support system. Hopefully it all works out!

The experience is just getting worse... the cancelled service (that I cancelled on the second day because it never worked in the first place), is still trying to invoice me for my money. For an entire week I have been posting support tickets for these people to cancel my account but no response. I had to move ALL my money from my account to another just to prevent them from automatic withdrawal. This is one of the most despicable companies I have ever worked with. If you have any sense in you DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I just bought 150$ worth in services! Server set up was instant. I was a bit confused how to add mods but support responded in a hour! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Much better than any other host

do not use this hosting company they lost my server and when i put in a ticket it seemed they were just trying to buy time. they even asked me for the server ip and port which they should have had access to i had to use a third party site to find that information because my server didn't exist anymore. once i gave them that they said they sent out emails about upgrading that server witch i did not get(but i can get ad emails from them about the new games they are hosting) and the also said they were pulling my server info 6 day go by with no server and no response to my replies to the ticket. make a new ticket to cancel my services and ask for a refund wouldn't even refund me for the month that i did not even get play because the server just vanished. so just spend a couple extra bucks and use a different hosting service
