Why make it so hard to spend money???? Boots Westfield, went there for Bronze Goddess Tan. First girl who helped me said “ I don’t work on this product but if you don’t see it on the shelf we don’t have it. Asked her a number of times if she could look in the drawers and she said no. Estee girl arrived and said “ sure, we have 2, she opened the drawer and there they were!!!!!! Why???? Why??? Why make it so hard ????? “ computer says no” attitude!!!!! Uk! Wake up, people want to spend money….. Estee! Help !

Bronze Goddess perfume. I absolutely love this scent it makes me feel gorgeous and happy as soon as I spray…. It is not just for the summer you can wear all year round. My only issue is I’m struggling to find it in the UK this year. Just finished a bottle and can’t find another xx

Your products are not cheap but.previously trustworthy. I ordered a powder compact to add to my handbag in my usual FRESCO shade of double wear for taking with me to blot out shine at my sons wedding, ir arrived in a plastic "pill box" which could not be described as a travel case. Really hacked off

This product needs to be recalled. I had perfect skin and now feel foolish to have used this overpriced skin destroyer! I used the Advanced Night Repair once, sparingly too and the next day my face was dry, swollen and lumpy, I stopped using it.. showered, moisturised and thought I would be fine, I was wrong! The next day my face is even more red with new wrinkles (never have had any), raised lumps, cracks and wow it is so itchy, my eyes were almost swollen closed in the morning, two days after using it! This stuff has given me a chemical burn and practically disfigured my skin, which was clear, soft and had even skin tone! I feel stupid for using this before checking the web, as lots of people report the same results! This is absolutely shocking and rather negligent that Estée Lauder would continue this product! I only used it once! I use the make up from them and love it but wow, I have never experienced such a harsh reaction to any skin care product, this experience has been frightening and would not wish it on anyone EVER!! HORRIBLE!

I will never use their skincare again , after getting a red & swollen face , & ending up having to take oral steroids & antihistamines . Who knows what they put in their products?

It’s been 3 weeks and products haven’t been delivered. Contacted Estée Lauder Customer Service- not helpful at all. They didn’t follow up with the issue (even though they promised to open a case but it has never been opened). Extremely unsatisfied with the service and I do not recommend ordering with Estee Lauder due to the poor experience.

I bought a set including advanced night repair serum, eye cream, revitalizing supreme cream from Estee Lauder. I paid for all these 3 products. I was checking the instructions on the boxes and saw that there are 'not for sale' labels on the eye cream and revitalizing supreme cream. I felt bad as they were selling me some testers. This made me feel like silly. I sincerely mailed to Estee Lauder from their website, and havent got any response for 2 days. I didnt want to post a bad review anyway nobody tried to email me or call me. This is a bad experience and I thought Estee Lauder would be caring about the customers' experiences rather than just selling some testers.

Absolutely awful customer service!!!!! Ordered from them a week ago. They gave a delivery option of which, when delivery failed, I then googled and saw that this business was in fact, "permanently closed". I spoke to Estee Lauder's Whatsapp customer service and they said that UPS would try again the following day. Of which, of course they didn't because the company has permanently closed!! I must also point out that each advisor I spoke to, ended the conversation so I had days of repeating myself and going back and forth with them. When asked if they could organise sending another one, they said they had to leave it until it had been resolved and couldn't take action for 7 working days. Finally after 7 working days. They have agreed to post another one... Can't send it next day delivery though so I have been informed I will receive it within 7 working days!!! It’s now the day after that conversation (4th July) and I still haven’t had a dispatched email from them! Wow. Just wow!! A company of that size? Shocking company.
