At Estately, we believe more people should be able to own the home they want in a community they love. Estately Land Lease helps make that possible by purchasing the land while the homebuyer purchases and owns the home, reducing the amount they need to finance and lowering initial monthly payments. Our team brings experience across real estate, technology, and finance, united by a simple mission: expanding successful homeownership and giving more people the opportunity to put down roots where they want to live.
Estately (estately.com) has 67 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.4 out of 5.

Estately seems to list properties that no other sites have...Also their listings when it comes to price is accurate. I hope to find my dream home through this website.

Great site. I use this instead of other real estate sites because of ease of use and the map feature.

LOVE Estately! It has been my go-to site for over 10 years. Wish there was an option to omit homes with HOA from searches, option to search for a home by school districts and option to search for home by VIEW ie lake view, mountain view, ocean view.

Thank you for your review! There is a Community section under property details that will show the HOA fee details, but that will also depend on how much information the listing agent provides.
