I was struggling with notebooks, stick it notes and file folders. I am usually organized but being executrix, I was overwhelmed. Now with the EstateExec I am able keep everything in one place all organized. It is great to go back and find the date I did something. So many time saving features. It has made dealing with everything less stressful. It is well worth the money snd I am so happy I found it.

This program has been amazingly helpful. When I accepted the responsibility to be an executor, I had no clue what lied ahead or how to start. I hired a good attorney to begin the probate process— I had so many questions. Nearing the conclusion now, in hindsight, had I found the EstateExec program earlier, it would’ve answered so many questions and saved me thousands in attorney’s fees because I would’ve been more prepared to complete much of the legwork without having to be guided as much as I needed by the attorney from the beginning. It’s hard to know just how intense the responsibility is until a person experiences it. Having done so, I hope I can inspire others to invest in the program without hesitancy and gain the confidence early on to complete the process and save time and money. Well worth the investment, and then some. Customer service has been helpful and quick to respond to questions with help and guidance for using the program’s features along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this product— it can save so much in time, money, and peace of mind.

This app was so useful and informative. It gave me and others in our family a great deal of relief to be able to see things we needed to do AND WHEN? Questions we had were easily answered with drill down on topics. Using the app to list TO DO's was super helpful. Then the painful but necessary listing of debts and assets. Just wish my sister for whom I was Executor and Trustee would have been aware of this before she passed. I think she and we would have been so much better prepared. Tough topic. But truly helpful

This software made the process of settling my parent's estate so much easier. The step by step checklists ensured I didn't forget anything important. I also liked the customizable reporting. The support staff was very helpful as well, and in fact was proactive about reaching out to see if I was having any difficulty.

Even though I was my mother's Personal Representative, my family's estate lawyer refused to provide my brothers and me with a list of my duties, even after repeated requests. I had to call frequently for clarification on what I was supposed to do and when, which was added to the bill. In frustration, I took to the internet and found EstateExec.com. My only regret is that I didn't know about EstateExec until well into the paperwork and I already had much of it done. Had I started immediately with EstateExec, I probably would have reduced my billable legal hours by several thousand dollars. Nevertheless, EstateExec helped me navigate through the remainder of my tasks with much more confidence and efficiency, and I finally had my list, which still saved me a substantial amount in legal fees! I also just discovered that I could add my own EstateExec estate to provide all the necessary information my Personal Representative will need when the time comes, so my experience with this company is ongoing. This will save my family countless headaches and legal fees, not to mention the time-consuming tasks of compiling inventories of assets, determining what bills and property/individual/estate taxes are to be paid, and how to disburse what's left. Some tasks are time-sensitive, so the timeline of tasks was one of the most helpful features to me and will be for my family in the future. I highly recommend anyone who is faced with this daunting project get on board at once with this product. And if you want to do your family a huge favor, don't leave them with a mess to sort out! EstateExec can give them everything they need in one place and really be a gift to them when they are really going to need it. You can upload additional documents, such as wills and directives, and your Personal Representative will also be able to upload helpful documents after the fact, so there is a digital record of everything related to you. I know my family will be very grateful that I loved them enough to reduce their workload as much as possible, as they will also be my Personal Representative/Executor. I can only imagine how much more difficult it would be for anyone to get through this process without this invaluable product, and I have personally recommended EstateExec to all my family and close friends.

When I was asked to be an executor of a friend’s estate, I had no idea just how complicated it would be. Searching the Web made it even more confusing, until I happened upon EstateExec. I found it to be the single best source of all the information I needed to guide me through the entire process from beginning to end. It is state specific, so it eliminates a lot of the confusion of what applies and doesn't apply to your particular situation. It has tracking tools that allow you to stay on top of all the various timelines and state specific requirements. The site layout was very intuitive and easy to navigate. It provided an excellent user guide that walked me through the entire process, addressing all of my questions, from what are the responsibilities of an Executor to the final estate accounting. If I couldn’t find the answer to my question there, I found their support team extremely helpful and quick to respond. I particularly appreciated the detailed tracking of my time and expenses, which tend to add up quickly. My collection of documents and paperwork filled up my first accordion file in no time, which wasn’t a problem until I had to start sharing the documents with my attorney, accountant and inquiring heirs and devisees. The ability to upload or attach various files to my account made that choir very quick and simple. All in all, I couldn’t imagine having survived this unexpectantly difficult and time-consuming process without the assistance of EstateExec. Especially considering its minimal cost, which was paid by the Estate. Knowing what I know now, I would have been willing to pay much more.

I used EstateExec to help me as executor of a complex estate with 10 heirs. The software was extremely helpful and very user friendly, and makes adjustments for whichever state the estate is located in. It allows one to print and/or send electronically multiple useful reports. When I had questions, the company was very responsive. I honestly don’t know how I could have carried out this task over the last 2 years without this program. I would recommend it to anyone!

EstateExec is a complete system for estate management. It provides great guidance and resources to ensure no steps are missed. I am confident in my ability to manage my friend's estate with all the tools the system provides.
