The whole team at ESP Specialty was so helpful! I used ESP for wedding insurance, and Tyler responded to my inquiry right away. He was also more than happy to answer any questions I had, and was both professional and knowledgable. As soon as I wrote back and asked to proceed, the team sent me an invoice in under 24 hours. Rep did a great job with getting us…
Rep did a great job with getting us what we needed. We are a youth basketball club and need to use the school and community center. However, the insurance increased from 1mil to 5mil. It was no problem. They set ever thing up and made it simple for us. So now we can just do what we are good at doing and that is helping youth.

Thank you so much for your review! We are sorry you felt that way. We strive to give all customers great ease of purchasing coverage and value. All credit card transactions are handled by a 3rd party merchant that charges a processing fee on credit card transactions. The ESP Team when they sent your invoice they would have given you an option to pay via credit card, bank transfer (ACH) or even check. That would have eliminated the need to pay the processing fee.
