I could not install it and the only help I received was a reference to slme videos

We are sorry that your experience was not satisfactory. Out help center we have the videos step by step to solve any problem, but in any case we have 24/7 technical support for help you! Why didn´t you contact with us again??? If the problem had not been resolved, we would have refunded the money.
We bought two eSim before travelling to Indonesia and they did not work in two mobiles.
