SCAM AVOID! Save your money and energy by blocking their ads!
Absolutely scandalous that they are allowed to trade! AVOID!!!! I am fuming with myself that I even got suckered into buying any of their crap. Considered ordering magnetic eyelashes, went through purchasing process and even though I closed the window down before I completed the transaction, they took the money and sent me a ‘thank you for your order’ email. 6 weeks later the eyelashes arrive. £20+ paid, what a pile of plastic crap I receive! Needless to say they don’t work! I contact the company about a refund and they say: Hi there, Thank you for your email to notify us of your dissatisfaction with our product. We are very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with. I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services. But unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Apologies, but we only offer a refund for items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request.
