I received my order however the box was empty. I called customer service and spoke with Megan. She was so helpful. I wasn't mad because mistakes happen but she wanted me to know how sorry they were. She shipped my product as priority and included several sample packs if the product. What a sweetheart. I've ordered from other companies but have always come back to Earth Wellness. I'm sticking with Earth Wellness😁
