My product has come defective and I have wrote 3 emails try to have you guys replace it and no response even waited 3 business days for a response

The product is great. The quality of the build is great, hinges are sturdy , seal is super tight. The humidity pack holders on the large and 4L model is handy AF. These are the same quality used in culinary kitchens. I am a medical grower and owner of a small co op. We are looking at the bigger models for long term harvest storage this fall. Customer service was super nice . Had multiple ppl respond to the ticket. It must be frustrating for a company to have apps/ services like trust pilot ask someone to review a product 3 days after they order it. So I’d give trustpilot 3/5 on this one.

Great size and set up, 100% smell proof! The added gifts were a nice touch. Got here quickly as well. Already recommended to friends and will buy again from this company.

Very spacious and nice design. Easy to set up the combination lock and great on the go!

Love it, does what it needs and looks great

My husband love it! Great gift :)
