Dear Sohaib Hamid, I hope this message finds you well. This is to formally address the recent activities concerning our transaction. You utilized our warehouse services to send 50 products to Michigan, USA. We have invoices to support this, confirming that no other transactions have occurred between our companies, and no additional pallets have been sent to our warehouse by you. Before the shipment, you expressed concerns about the pricing, despite having previously agreed upon the terms. Now, following the completion of the shipment, it has come to our attention that you have been posting unfounded negative comments online about our services. We take such actions very seriously. Misrepresenting facts and posting fake comments without any basis is damaging to our reputation and business. We kindly request that you cease these activities immediately. Should the spamming of fake comments persist, we will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect our company's interests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter amicably. Best regards, Ertugrul Kaya CEO, ErkaPrep +1 (973) 968-4253 erkaprep.com

Dear Muneeb Hamid, We are compelled to address the false claims made in your review. 1-Order Delivery: You provided a fake label and requested us to use it. For another package, we provided the original label. Our actions were entirely within the bounds of proper service. The tracking code for the shipping label you claim is fake:92055903470167300016041238 This tracking numbered shipping label is from shippo. THE ACCURACY OF THE SHIPPING LABEL IS QUESTIONED IN ALL WAYS. 2-Charges: Our pricing is transparent and has been communicated upfront. There are no hidden or excessive charges. 3-Threats and Harassment: You have repeatedly threatened us and refused to pay for the services rendered. Additionally, you have posted spam comments and false accusations on our social media platforms. This behavior is unacceptable and unethical. 4-Supplier Fraud: It has come to our attention that you also defrauded your own supplier. The supplier contacted us for assistance, and we intervened to resolve the issue by insisting that you fulfill your financial obligations to them. Given your unethical behavior, we had no choice but to delete your account from our web portal. You have no outstanding payments with us, and your malicious comments are purely an attempt to damage our reputation. We have all relevant documents and evidence to support our statements and are ready to provide them if necessary. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, Ertugrul Kaya CEO, ErkaPrep Center
