Not the one
Not the one. Guy did all he could to destroy another persons business that he deemed was "not her culture" but cooks food from all over the world himself and even opens resturants of other cultures. Hypocrite!

Shocked by the man's racist behavior behavior on social media. The food was clapped out along with the atmosphere.

Guy should stick to cooking and running his own business, not throwing shade at others trying to make a go of their life.

Was invited to try out a meal from this cook however the food was godawful. The website brings ur hopes up however the food taste brings it back to reality. Leave the sushi cooking to the Japanese, stick to empanadas boss.

Eric food is horrifically low-end. On a personal level he attacks other chefs, accusing them of culturally appropriating cuisine from other countries, all the while he does the exact same thing. Horrific food made by a horrific human.

Eric is a racist who calls himself a chef, apparently he thinks if you don’t have a certain culture you can’t make that ethnicity’s food. Eric is every Italian restaurant in the country opened by Italians?

Eric may be better suited trying something more challenging, like sushi making.

An absolute hypocrite and an embarrassment to the industry. Has the actual audacity to drag innocent people through the dirt, labelling them colonisers for opening a Japanese place, but in reality he was doing the very same thing he deems 'Coloniser' The owner just wants to do dirty tricks to gain more attention for his own business.
