Reputable research-based products.
Seminar is great, Dr. Trevor Berry and Dr. Dan Murphy are fantastic. We just had a little glitch with the time because of different time zones.

Thank you for your feedback, Dr. Wirick!
Their lack of support is truly disheartening.
It is very disheartening when you spend over $50,000.00 on a laser from Erchonia and they leave you high and dry when it comes to support. I purchased the Z-6 Zerona laser to offer services to my local community. They have absolutely NO WAY TO SERVICE THE DEVICE outside of their local facility, which is in the process of moving, again. Guess what Zack just told me over the phone? "Oh, well, we are about to move to SC, so you should wait till November before sending your malfunctioning Zerona because we won't be able to work on it, oh and by the way, we don't have loaner units to send." So, let me get this straight, I spend over $50,000.00 on this machine and I have patients waiting to use it, but now, I won't be able to use it for over 60 days and can't even get a loaner while they have it and service it? What else? I have to figure out a way to send this gigantic thing to them because they don't help with that either. Oh, and this is the SECOND TIME this machine has failed on me in a short time of use, so that should tell you something. They 'boast' that they are a family owned business, but guess what? So is mine and they are hurting my business with their lack of support. Oh, and their lack of empathy is truly appalling.

Dr. Garcia,
Thank you for reaching out to us and providing us with the details regarding your recent inquiry about your device, which we set up for you on March 18, 2022. We appreciate your feedback, and we would like to address your concerns in a transparent and professional manner.
We understand that you've experienced difficulties with your device, which you originally purchased on July 5, 2016. Back in March 2022, you informed us that you weren't achieving the desired results with the device. We offered our assistance and provided suggestions to help resolve the issue. Regrettably, it was noted that you were dissatisfied when we couldn't offer a loaner device at that time. During this interaction, we took the opportunity to thoroughly explain our repair policies.
Following that conversation, we did not receive any further communication from you regarding the device. However, we were pleased to assist you in the past when you sent the device to us under warranty on October 13, 2017, for the replacement of 4 flex arms and a diode. During this warranty repair, we provided you with a loaner Z5 head to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
We acknowledge that there may have been a misunderstanding about our warranty, repair, and shipping policies during that earlier repair. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Recently, you contacted us again because the device had been stored in a closet for an extended period, resulting in memory loss due to inactivity. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in discussing the situation. We explained our current policies and informed you that, should you choose to send the device to us within the next few days, we would promptly proceed with the necessary repairs and return it to you.
However, we also provided the option to delay the repair until we are established in our new location to avoid any potential delays caused by the move. This consideration is intended to ensure the most efficient and reliable service for you.
We value your business and are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter with our products. If you decide to move forward with the repair, please follow the provided instructions for shipping. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to assisting you further. We hope you can remove or update your rating from 1-star.
Erchonia, is out of business.
I have left them a phone call, an email and called both their service and sales departments. The sales department phone just kept ringing and never stopped. No return of the message left almost a week ago for their service department. Have not heard back on the email: They are apparently out of business.
