Only Partially Satisfied
1. Communication regarding appointments was poor. One day I got a call saying he would be at my home in 20 minutes, but no appointment had been scheduled. Luckily someone was home so the repair could be made. 2. When the repairman came out the first time he just assumed the belt that turns the dryer was broken. He ordered a new one and we waited about 2 weeks for him to come replace it (no appointment scheduled for this). When he took the dryer apart he discovered that the belt wasn't broken, it was just off. If it wasn't stretched or damaged it could have been repaired two weeks earlier and save us a lot of inconvenience!
