Throught a web search I came accross this web sight to find the Best deal not to mention FREE shipping. Gave them a call to make sure the RIGHT item was ordered the First time and my experence was top notch compared to other sights. Recieved the item and all is great at a price and shipping time that kept things up nad running. Many thanks

I purchased two items for my snowblower for future use. I only needed 1 for a soon to be repair but ordered two because this snowblower company went under. I did not open the boxes till spring when I went to summer-ize my blower. Upon opening the box, I realized the parts I received were too long. Apparently there are two sizes... I called the company and was told since it is beyond they're 60 day return span, they would not accept them back for exchange. NO exceptions. It is their "policy". Policies are needed as a guideline but not written in stone. I just want to "exchange" them for the right size. The customer service agent there said he would not honor my request. I guess that is the last time I deal with this company.

I needed new blades for my rider and there price for Oregon blades was cheaper than OEM. I will buy all my small motor parts from them from here on out.

Most of the parts worked. I have what I think is a 1994 lawn tracker however you only go back to 1996. Still I was able to put it back together thanks you your outstanding web page.
