Dear Inne Aini, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand how concerning an unexpected payment issue can feel.  The safety and security of our donors is extremely important to us.our highest priority. We use secure payment systems and work with trusted payment partners to help prevent unauthorized transactions and protect donor information. Based on the information available, it appears this may have been connected to a payment gateway issue after an initial donation attempt was marked as failed. That said, we take concerns like this seriously and would welcome the opportunity to review the matter further. Please contact our team directly with the email address used for the donation and any relevant transaction details so we can look into this promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We remain committed to ensuring a safe and transparent experience for every donor.  Warm regards, Team Equalall

Dear Warith, We take your comments seriously. However, EqualAll strongly rejects any suggestion that its campaigns are fraudulent, misleading, or operated for any improper purpose. EqualAll maintains internal review, documentation, and verification procedures for campaigns hosted through its platform. Funds are administered and disbursed in accordance with campaign documentation, beneficiary needs, applicable requirements, and verified milestones. In many cases, disbursements are made in stages based on treatment progress, updated documentation, provider requirements, or other relevant circumstances, rather than through a single upfront transfer. Campaign timelines may be extended where there is a continued verified need for support. Such extensions are reviewed internally and are intended to support beneficiaries as circumstances evolve, not to mislead donors or misrepresent the purpose of a campaign. We are committed to transparency, donor communication, and responsible fundraising. EqualAll provides campaign updates, progress information, impact details, and other communications to help donors understand how funds are being used. If you have specific concerns regarding a particular donation, campaign, communication, or transaction, we ask that you contact us directly at [email protected] with the relevant details so we can review the matter appropriately. EqualAll takes false or misleading public statements seriously and reserves all rights where statements are inaccurate, unsupported, or harmful to the organization, its beneficiaries, or its fundraising partners. Sincerely, Team EqualAll

Dear Pip, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you experienced difficulty while attempting to make a donation. We would like to clarify that EqualAll offers both one-time and recurring donation options. Donors are not required to make a monthly contribution in order to complete a donation. If the donation page appeared to require a recurring contribution, that may have resulted from a technical issue, browser issue, or selection error, and we would appreciate the opportunity to review it. EqualAll is committed to maintaining a donation process that is clear, transparent, and donor-directed. We do not intentionally enroll donors in recurring contributions without their selection or authorization. We also maintain internal review and verification procedures for campaigns hosted through our platform and provide donor communications, campaign updates, and impact information to support transparency regarding the use of funds. Please contact us at [email protected] with any screenshots, browser details, or information about the campaign or donation page you were using so we can investigate the issue and address any technical concern promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Warm regards, Team EqualAll
