eProvidedReviews of eprovided.com

Thank you eProvided for rescuing my files. I thought everything was gone but they rebuilt my AutoCAD file system. This was after another company promised to save it but couldn't do the job. All those weeks of work that I thought were lost have been restored. I highly recommend eProvided for saving my company's files. Best file recovery service out there.

In all my chain locations of retail computer repair stores I have used eProvided as a valuable partner dozens of times to perform data recovery on storage drives that were non-functional 100%. I must highly recommend this organization for all your file recovery needs. eProvided professionals are the best to work with and always have answers and success getting all our data back.

This company saved over 500 images for me from a Lexar corrupted compact flash card that even Lexar's recovery software couldn't restore. I can't thank them enough for delivering MORE than was promised!!! Flawless, considerate customer service and guidance throughout the entire process and yes I was one of those "ANXIOUS" clients! I will ALWAYS use and recommend their expertise and services!!!! Karen Fig Photo Tech Photography

During my incredible, amazing, PERFECT honeymoon in Costa Rica this December, my husband and I were spending our last day in heaven-on-earth at the beach, with our waterproof camera. When we got out of the water my husband held up the camera and sand and water were pouring out. When we got back home, (San Diego, CA) I took the sd card to 2 different camera and image recovery stores, both with no luck. But I refused to give up and lose our honeymoon pictures. I got on the computer and googled sd card recovery companies. EProvided came up first and quite a few times after, each and every review was positive, and all had success stories. I read so many stories, all the same, eProvided recovered all the images in every review, plus the main reason I decided to send our sd card to their company were the continued mention of their updates and communication with customers. I mailed my sd card that day! I was constantly recieving emails with updates. I was contacted by a very, very friendly, professional, personable man who called to let me know the sd card was too damaged. He then mentioned the option to do a more intensive attempt, which required to be sent to the lab ..... Let's just say this amazing human being listened to my story, was genuine and helped make us some of the happiest people because less than 4 days TOTAL and they have recovered every picture from our honeymoon. I have never, ever had an experience this amazing with such an amazing company, ever before. I am going to go to every possible website to rave about and review this amazing company because they are the reason I have my honeymoon pictures and without them, all their help and everything they did for me, I would have never seen or had the pictures that will capture some of the best times and best memories in my life! Thank you so much Bruce for everything. I cannot tell you all how much I appreciate you!

While I was making several hardware adjustments to my PC, my SSD card slipped out of my hand and hit the floor. When I tried hooking it back up to the motherboard it was unresponsive, and I thought I had lost all of my data. I sent it out for repair to two places with no luck, before I found eProvided. Bruce with eProvided recovered all 104GB of data for me, and shipped it back to me in 2 days!! Thank you eProvided!!!

eProvided recovered 2 years of photos that no one could recover; people told me to give up. Out of desperation, I sent my phone to eProvided. They got the pictures back, and didn't even consider it was of one of their more difficult ones!!!! Are these people already married?!

I recently had a USB drive simply stop working. No computer would even recognize it. As principal of a high school, I had our Tech people look at it to see if they could get it working again. They tried multiple ways to access the data but were unsuccessful. This drive had both critical school and personal info on it. I contacted eProvided and within days they had recovered every bit of the data for me. These guys are awesome and saved both my school and me a lot of heartache through their data recovery program. Thanks for the great work! I wholeheartedly recommend eProvided to anyone and everyone without reservation. Thanks again!

eProvided recovered all of my files from a flashdrive that my son dropped while in my laptop. There was physical damage to the drive. I received numerous phone calls updating me and explaining my options throughout the process and no work was ever done without my approval. My options were explained clearly and eProvided worked with me to choose the best option with minimal cost to me. I heard back from eProvided within the 3 days they said it would take to analyze the drive and then after making the decision on what to do, they had it completed in 1 day. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to recover data.
