It’s not an actual oil painting. It’s digitally generated to make it look like an oil painting! Very disappointed!! Don’t wast your money!! False advertising for sure

Epic paint did an exceptional job!

I sent in 3 different pictures and asked that the faces be fixed due to being blurry, (older pictures). The picture, I thought would be a painting but it was print which was OK. My husband only has the one picture of his dad and one of his uncle,. Well the picture was OK but the faces on the 2 men looked distorted. Cartoon like on one and the other looks like someone else's face put there. A bad photo shop. But from far off it looks OK. I did not get the 'oh my' reaction I had hoped for when I gave it as a gift to my husband.

The worst experience I've ever had with a company. Took over 3 months for my order to come in after I paid shipping for 7-10 business days. Then when the product was emailed to me for review I was in shock because of how horrible it was. It was so bad I tried to have them fix it but it just got worse. I finally approved it because I was done dealing with it and then they sent it to my house. It looked like a portrait from a scary movie. I threw it away - because I didn't even want it in my house.
