One bottle sent to me was damaged (melted and pills stuck together) by the sun (live in Tucson AZ and the day it was delivered (into a metal post office box) the temp was 104 degrees. And I could not get to it until late afternoon. I called your rep the next day, and she was so kind and understanding - and without my even asking, mailed me a replacement. We "coordinated" the day it would be delivered, and sure enough, all turned out great. THANK YOU....
