10th of September 2026 I was told that my substantial overpayment through Eon next setting up a direct unauthorised debit on top of my already existing standing order would be paid back to me by bank transfer within three working days, When I phoned to see why it wasn’t in there, they told me they couldn’t do that and would have to be paid by check that couldn’t be extradited and would take weeks causing me financial hardship, Very unhelpful barely understandable staff with no remorse for the trouble they have caused
