With Entry Only as a service, who needs a realtor?

We were very pleased with Jason's services at EntryOnly.com. We didn't have many calls on the house but several realtors called to ask why we were selling the house on our own. Whenever we had questions or concerns Jason called us right back and walked us through every step of the process. It all worked out great!

Wonderful service. Professional and way to use.

Allowed us to drop the asking price by 3% and got an acceptable offer within 2 weeks of doing so. Excellent service/communication with 'Jason'.

System was easy to use. Communication and responsiveness from service employees excellent. Solid value.

Pretty straight forward process, and a great value at the promo rate I was offered.

We listed the house on Entry Only, had two open houses in one weekend and it was under agreement a few days later. On the sign in sheet that I put out the majority of people who signed in had brokers and were sent in by them. To me this was well worth the 2.5% fee that I offered to brokers agents. I would highly recommend it and would definitely use it again.
